Employee Cyber Wellness:
A New Category in Employee Total Wellbeing
We live our lives online: We manage our finances online, we socialize online, and we shop online. As our digital behavior evolves and the amount of information we give away online increases, traditional ID theft protection benefits aren’t enough to protect employees’ cyber wellbeing. Cybercrimes occur every two seconds and with 81% of company breaches in 2019 stemming from individual ID theft, employees – and their employers – need solutions beyond ID theft protection.
During this 45-minute session, David will provide meaningful insights in the following areas:
- What Cyber Wellness means and how it fits into employee total wellbeing
- Areas employees need to protect in order to achieve true Cyber Wellness
- How providing a personal Cyber Wellness benefit to employees can help mitigate the risk of company breach
Employees are seeking information and guidance around this increasingly important topic. HR has the opportunity to step in and be the trusted guide for employees by providing a cyber wellness benefit, which simultaneously helps mitigate risk for company breach. A win for all for the employees and the company! We hope you can join us for this 45-minute session and look forward to connecting with you then.
