Scott has extensive experience with executive compensation and equity matters, and various other federal and state laws related to health and welfare plans. Scott also often works with clients on employee benefits and executive compensation issues involved in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Chelsea Deppert, Associate, Morris, Manning & Martin LLPChelsea Deppert provides practical guidance to employers on the technical aspects of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and other state and federal laws impacting the design, implementation and ongoing compliance of employee benefit plans and programs, executive compensation arrangements, severance programs, and health and welfare arrangements. Jim has over 30 years of HR and benefits experience, including payroll and FMLA administration, mergers and acquisitions, welfare and retirement plans, paid time off programs, and HCM systems.
